last night i was walking around with an hilarious gentleman named JP and we started singing “Don’t Look Back” by Boston. the snow flanked our sides as we strained to reach the high notes.
i love boston’s debut album. i associate it with summer, but it crept into my mind once again.
there’s lots to like here. the spoken intro, a la Prince. it reminds me of an Arcade Fire song and I’m not even a fan of Arcade Fire. i’m especially proud of the coda. that was a nice and much needed surprise.
