Oh Lord.

I can’t believe I’m doing this again.  Truly.  I know I probably said that last year but this time I mean it, guys.  Really truly. 

But do it I must despite all impossibilities.  31 songs in 31 days?  I’ve done it before and I can do it again.  I hope.

Okay, now that I’ve kvetched and revealed my own insecurities I say HELLO to you.  Thank you so much for following me in the past.  Your support has kept me going in my darkest moments of wanting to go smash all my equipment Incredible Hulk style.

Today’s song has its genesis from an improv scene wherein two people at a sleep away camp were trying to prove that they were the one true Loretta Lynn (you had to be there).

There’s Roger Miller, Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson in this song plus a reference to John Denver (my very first concert).
